Hailing from a diverse background of classical, jazz and theatrical influences, Karyna Cruz is sure to please the most particular musical palette. Her nostalgically honeyed vocal style and bubbly piano accompaniment are a great match for her quirky-fun lyrics and captivating melodies.
A San Jose, California native, Karyna is currently based in Denton, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Music, Coffee and Thunderstorms! Wow, that sure was some late summer storm yesterday! It's still a bit hot around north Texas, but I can feel Fall peeking out from around the corner, and I'm gearing up for it! I have some exciting shows planned for the month of September, and I would love to see all of you there!
THIS Saturday, September 4, I am over-the-moon happy to be returning to the lovely Cafe du Luxe after a summer hiatus. Show starts at 8pm, so if you're in Denton, come on down and get cozy with a cup of delicious coffee. ***RSVP on Facebook***
I'm ecstatic to be opening for A Formal Affair at Opening Bell Coffee in Dallas on Friday, September 10 at 9pm! This is going to be an AMAZING show. If you've never seen A Formal Affair live, this is your chance! Opening Bell is a super-cool venue, and this will be my OBC debut. There is a $5 cover. ***RSVP on Facebook***
Finally, I am teaming up with the fantastic Ashley Gatta for the second time for a FIREY hot show at The Hydrant on Thursday, September 16th starting at 8pm. Students will be getting into the groove of their new routines by then, and we welcome you to come down and sip on some yummy iced drinks and coffee while Ashley and I heat up the upstairs lounge with our music. It's gonna be great!
